Within 7 days, in full. Ask within 7 days of any charge (the first one after a trial, or a yearly renewal) and that charge is refunded in full; Full then ends and the account returns to Lite. After 7 days a charge is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and Full stays on until the end of the term you paid for. Paddle handles every refund.
Free trial. Full can start with a 7-day free trial, one per account. It needs a payment card. Cancel before the 7 days end and you are not charged; otherwise the first year is charged when the trial ends. Paddle emails you a reminder before that day.
How to ask. Reply to your Paddle receipt, use the link in it, or write to support@srirachafinancial.com with the email address on your account. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for every order and makes every refund, to the card you paid with.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app (Account) or from Paddle's emails. Full stays on until the end of the term you paid for, and the account then returns to Lite, which is free. Your plan stays in your browser either way.
